If you are having your forms sequentially numbered, please give us the new starting number.
If your address on the form has changed, you will need to request a new proof & verify the information on the design. When reviewing your order, please make sure the shipping address is correct. We will do our best to catch any inconsistencies and we are available to answer any questions on the phone or via email. However, it’s the customers responsibility to review their reorder and make sure everything is correct and ready for print. Thank you for your valued business.

No information we collect is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products ordered. Our shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. When placing your order online, your credit card information IS NOT saved or shared with anyone.

Returns Policy

TshirtByDesign wants to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and to our customers satisfaction. TshirtByDesign accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed due to one of the following reasons:
1- If there is a defect in the fabric/material.
2- Quality of the imprint is below a reasonable range of expectations.
3- Design of the final product is different from the final proof accepted by the customer.

Custom Shirt Orders that are printed with your company information can not be returned unless any of the above rules apply.

All claims on defective or undelivered products must be made within 30 days of shipment.

The cost of shipping is not refunded on returned orders.

Charges, Billing & Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

The following information is needed: 
Credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code and Billing information

The billing address is where your credit card company sends your statement to. If you enter a different address on the billing section, the credit card company will not authorize the charge. This policy is intended to protect you from unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card.

The full amount of the order is automatically billed to your credit card at the time your order is placed. You can cancel your order at any time prior to production for a full refund. Once the order is printed and shipped, a full refund minus shipping cost can be issued.

No. All orders are pre-paid, unless you are printing for a city, municipality, government agency or you have an account set up with open credit.

Products / Ordering

Most proofs are emailed to you with in 24 hours (Monday-Friday) from placing your order.

Standard shirts are processed within 3-7 business days. Custom orders take at the most 2 weeks from the day you approve your order for production. This does NOT include shipping time.

We will always do our best to help you meet your deadline. Once you have placed your order, simply call us and let us know when you must absolutely receive your order. We will do our best to help you meet your deadline. We do all this as a courtesy to any of our clients.

This does not expedite your production, It simply means that once your order is completed it will be send to you with a faster UPS or USPS service. Our online shipping prices are valid within the continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please order using USPS or call us for the best rates. We have clients all over the world and are happy to provide you with the best combined pricing on any printing project.

Printing Options

Yes, We do offer 1 & 2 color printing. For a 2 color printing you will need to request a free quote.

We only use 100% cotton fabric.

Most PDF proofs are simply used to review the design. Different ink colors, shades, gradients will not show exactly on the monitor as they will on the end product.

As wholesale printers we will do our best to match your new job to the previously printed sample, but WE DO NOT GUARANTY the match. There is no guarantee that the finished product matches the sample provided.

No, All our prices are based on wholesale pricing. We offer you the best price every time.

Yes. If for any reason you did not receive the correct quantity. Call us at 1-800-370-5591 and we will be more than happy to see to it that you receive what you ordered.

Once a proof is approved we do our best to send all jobs to production so that they are shipped out within 7-10 working days time frame. Once the proof has been approved for production it can not be stopped or changed. Still, we suggest that if such situation accrued, call us. If the job has not been printed yet, we will be happy to help.

All proofs are sent digitally as PDF files. If for some reason you need to have your proof faxed to you, indicate that when placing your order.

File Preparation

Absolutely! We accept most formats

We accept Pagemaker, InDesign, CorelDRAW!, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, Excel any file output as a PDF, JPEG or any scanned image.

Limited Use of Images

Our website contains products that have pre-made designs that include logos, fonts and other graphics. These designs make up the templates we use to create personalized products for our customers. All design elements within these templates are available for use on products sold and printed by us.

No, we maintain all rights to the images or designs. All of the graphics, photos, images, layouts, artwork, or fonts used to create the custom product remains the copyright property of TshirtbyDesign or any third parties from whom TshirtbyDesign has licensed the property from. We give you the right to use the product you purchase as you see fit but the rights do not mean full use of the design elements for projects outside of TshirtbyDesign. 

For example, if you purchase a custom product with one of our designs which we then put your company name on… you’re not allowed to take the logo in that design off the product to be printed by another printer or for use on any websites and social media without it being a part of the product you purchased from TshirtByDesign. 

When you purchase one of our designs it is for use on that product only. Other TshirtbyDesign customers may use that same design on their products therefore we do not guarantee that your product will be 100% unique. Because the copyright does not transfer to the customer, the customer may not use the images in official trademarks or part of their business identity outside of our products.
