Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is available, but do not qualify for free shipping or the flat-rate option. Standard carrier rates apply.
Once your order is placed and approved (if a proof is required), it moves into production and ships as soon as it’s complete. Delivery times may vary based on product type and customization.
Return Policy
At TshirtByDesign, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied. If an issue arises, we will gladly review your order and offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
A return may be approved if:

There is a defect in the fabric or material

The imprint quality falls below reasonable expectations

The final product is different from the approved proof
Custom Orders
Custom-printed items featuring your company information cannot be returned unless one of the eligible reasons above applies.
Blank Items (Important)
Blank items are offered at special discounted, wholesale-level pricing and are purchased specifically for your order.
For this reason, blank items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
This policy aligns with standard industry practices in the apparel and custom-printing market.
Return Window
Claims for defective, incorrect, or undelivered products must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.
Restocking Fee
If a custom order is cancelled after proof approval or if a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
